# Mesta Dataroom

> Mesta is a private virtual data room (VDR) for confidential deal documents such as M&A due diligence. Anyone can create an organization, but every room is invite-only. An account can belong to several organizations, and guests from other organizations see only the rooms they are invited to. Organization admins manage their organization's rooms but open documents only as room members. Room contents are never public.

What an agent can learn from this site without an account is limited on purpose: rooms and everything else past sign-in are private and served with `noindex`. Each page below is the developer portal's documentation as Markdown; the portal itself, with every request and response schema, is public.
